Premier Padel's Italy Major sees star pair Lebron & Galan victorious!

The unstoppable pair of Ale Galan & Juan Lebron won the weekends padel tournament in Rome in a dramatic 3-set final match against Paquito Navarro and Martin Di Nenno. 

After Lebron & Galan were defeated in Doha by Navarro & Di Nenno, they came back with a vengeance this weekend. The winning pair took back their Number 1 status on Sunday after a unsteady first set. 

The match was well balanced all round, with Di Nenno and Navarro winning the first set 6/4. The second game quickly turned around, whilst it seemed that Navarro & Di Nenno had the upper hand until a number of break points were lost out on, spurring Lebron and Galan to come back strongly, reminding us why they are the world number 1's. 

During the second set, the dynamic duo of Lebron & Galan took the victory winning 7/5, which with credit to their opponents is very good. To hold out against these guys for 5 sets, really sets them apart from the rest of the field of the WPT players. 

In the final set, Navarro and Di Nenno lost their focus and despite great efforts, they didn't manage to come back. Lebron and Galan, had their revenge.
