Impressive panoramic court specially designed for professional players, maintaining robustness, but emphasizing an unbeatable aesthetic finish and broadening the viewer’s vision.

Technical description: INFINITY METALLIC STRUCTURE (EN 1090)

This impressive full panoramic court is the result of joint work with recognised eminences of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, an engineering office of international prestige and our experience of more than 25 years manufacturing padel courts, designed not only for professional players, but also to bring the best courts to the whole world.

The INFINITY structure is broken down into:

• Panoramic walls built with 3mm thick metal sheets triangular-shaped (145x70mm) along the 60 perimetral meters of the structure, with a patented structural system designed to obtain the maximum resistance required by the Eurocode.
• Patented anchor plates system, that anchors and levels the metallic structure, as well as supports the glasses. 10mm thick plates between 134 and 160mm width along the 60 perimetral meters of the structure. The complete INFINITY structure is anchored to the ground with a total of 170 screw-bolts.
• Four large pillars 160x80x3mm, together with another four large 8mm thick buttress-plates (customizable). These 8 pieces are 3 meters long and they are the central support of the structure, designed to distribute both the load and the stress of the complete court.
• Patented 5mm thick frames (54 pieces) with inner 50x50x4mm electro-welded wire mesh. Designed as an anti-injury system that at the same time provides an unbeatable aesthetic finish, guarantees the continuity of the homogeneous mesh with the other frames, and maximizes the long-term resistance against deformations caused by blows.
• Patented glass fixing system that allows 3D levelling. In addition, the glasses are fixed to each other using a new exclusive system of flexible profiles that improves stability and resistance, while reducing maintenance.
• 2 large open entrances in the centre of the court to facilitate players' quick and safe access and exit.
• Set of professional net posts with anti-injury system and competition net:
• Net posts made of made of S355 steel with Z275 treatment, rounded shape without corners, with an internal tensioning system accessible with a hinged lid and hidden anchor plate to avoid injuries.
• Net made of 4 mm knotless polypropylene yarn and 40x40mm mesh. Long-lasting polyester upper white strip with a 6 mm plastic-coated galvanized steel cable, and lower black strip to give greater stability to the net.
• All screws are A4 stainless steel. The screw-bolts are certified and homologated by the EU.

All the metal used to produce the metallic structure of the INFINITY padel court is carbon steel S355 with the minimum surface treatment pre-galvanised Z275. Robotised and highly qualitative manufacturing process that maximises its durability, despite the great lightness of its materials, optimising the carbon footprint. 

9 stage painting process:

(1) degreasing; (2, 3 y 4) triple wash using osmotic water; (5) nano-ceramic passivation; (6) wash again; (7) drying; (8) application of electrostatic coating (in the colour of your choice, normally RAL6005 green, RAL5017 blue, RAL7016 dark grey, RAL9005 black) using thermosetting polyester paint; and (9) polymerisation tunnel at 200-230ºC.
